• Payment status — whether a payment succeeded, and a transaction reference. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank password — those go directly to the payment gateway.
• Communication — messages you send us by email or on social media.
• Basic usage data — pages visited and device type, if analytics are enabled.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, to give you updates about it, to handle returns and refunds, to answer your questions, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. We use it for marketing only if you have asked to hear from us.

Who we share it with

Only those who need it to complete your order: our courier partner (name, address, phone), our payment gateway (to process payment), and our supplier where they ship directly to you. We also share data where the law requires it. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies and local storage

This site stores your bag and your saved address in your own browser so you do not have to re-enter them. Clearing your browser data removes them. Analytics cookies, if enabled, help us understand which pages are used.

Your rights

Write to to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop marketing messages. We respond within 30 days. We may need to keep records we are legally required to retain.
