We describe every product as accurately as we can. Screen colours vary between devices, so a shade may differ slightly from what you see. Natural leather grain, weave and finish vary piece to piece — this is a property of the material, not a defect.

4. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the item. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud — and we will refund any payment in full.

6. Payment

Online payments are handled by our payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card or UPI details. Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders and carries a handling fee.

7. Delivery

The NOORANI name, logo, product photography and site content belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
